The undergraduate business program at Montana Tech is designed to supplement traditional business course work with state of the art information technology.
The mission of the Business and Information Technology Department is to prepare tomorrow’s business leaders for the challenges of a dynamic global business environment. In a nutshell, at Montana Tech, business students learn to creatively solve problems.
To this end the Business and Information Technology Department is raising funds to support student activities related to internships and travel for student competitions.
Each year we have students compete in the National DECA Competition, as well as students who attend the John Ruffato Entrepreneurship Competition in Missoula, in addition to participation in case study competitions.
While internships are generally paid by employers, some are not, we have a select few of our business club members and other students to which we provide a stipend.
All of these experiences better prepare our students to enter the workforce upon graduation. Help us support our students education by adding experiences outside the classroom to give them the chance for hands on learning and real world on the job opportunities.
Please make a gift to enrich the experience of Montana Tech's Business and Information Technology students. Thank you for your support and please help us spread the word! Share this project on social media, by email and tell your friends!
