Geophysical Engineering
Scholarships/Student Travel Support

Geophysical Engineering at Montana Tech is offered as an undergraduate Bachelor of Science, and is also offered in a Master's Degree in Geoscience with an option in Geophysical Engineering.

The Geophysical Engineering Department has embarked on capital campaign to renew and invigorated the Department. Student support in terms of scholarships and travel funding to attend conferences (e. g. Society of Exploration Geophysicists annual meeting) remains our priority.

As a result, we would like you to consider making a gift today to the Montana Tech Geophysical Engineering Department. Your gift will help provide scholarship and student travel support for events like the annual meetings of Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) and American Geophysical Union, as well as the Symposium on the Application of Geophysics to Engineering and Groundwater Problems (SAGEEP). Attending industry events like these expose our students to the latest advancements in the field as well as industry contacts for job placement after graduation.

Please consider investing in our students today by making a gift to the Montana Tech Geophysical Engineering Department.

Thank you for your support and please help us spread the word! Share this project on social media, by email and tell your friends!
