Environmental Engineering
Waring-James-Appleman Endowed Scholarship

Montana Tech boasts one of the oldest and most established Environmental Engineering degree programs anywhere in the world. Environmental Engineering at Montana Tech offers a a broad-based science and engineering education, followed by advanced courses in air and water pollution control, hazardous wastes, soils remediation, pollution prevention, health risk analysis, and land reclamation. We offer a learning environment that includes “hands on” laboratory classes and plenty of classroom discussion, as you study how pollutants are generated, measured and controlled.

We believe in investing in our students and we ask you to join us. The Waring-James-Appleman Endowed Scholarship is awarded each year to an Environmental Engineering student and honors retired professors Dr. Tom Waring, Dr. Rod James and the late Dr. Rick Appleman. Please consider making a gift today and investing in our Environmental Engineering students at Montana Tech.

Thank you for your support and please help us spread the word! Share this project on social media, by email and tell your friends!
