Highlands College Health Programs prepare students to meet the highest standards necessary to succeed in the healthcare industry. We strive to assist students with educational preparation through the integration of technology, communications, problem-solving, and technical skills.
In an effort to offer our students the best opportunities for hands on learning we are raising funds to add a Skills Lab Shower Unit. This allows us to teach our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) students the fundamentals of proper showering of patients and residents of all ages and with all health care issues. Proper hygiene is a fundamental skill that promotes health and wellness spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
