Chemistry & Geochemistry
Chemistry & Geochemistry Departmental Scholarships

Chemistry is often referred to as the central science— it is the nature of matter. At Montana Tech, students in Chemistry & Geochemistry programs learn the fundamentals of the central science studying in the Professional Track; and can specialize in Biochemistry or Environmental Chemistry options; students can also tailor their electives and program to match their career objectives.

 

Several areas of specialization are available at the undergraduate level. Each area is designed to enhance knowledge in the special area while maintaining a strong chemical orientation. Areas of specialization include Biochemistry (ACS certified), Environmental Chemistry (ACS certified), and Professional (ACS certified). Internship opportunities are also available for students who wish to incorporate practical work experience with their academic studies.

Departmental Challenge Leaderboard
During DayOne Departments competed head-to-head for a chance to earn extra money towards their department project by bringing in the most donors to their project.
