Highlands College connects education with opportunity. Through practical training, personalized support, and strong relationships with industry, students gain the skills and confidence to begin meaningful careers or continue toward a four year degree.

Highlands serves Butte and communities throughout Southwest Montana with associate degrees, certificates, dual enrollment, continuing education, customized training, and workforce development. Small class sizes and dedicated faculty create a welcoming environment where students receive individual attention and learn by doing.

Exploring Careers Through Experience

Trades and Technology Day is one example of how Highlands introduces students to new possibilities. The event brings together employers, educators, and community partners for an interactive exploration of skilled, in demand careers. Students meet industry professionals, participate in practical activities, and discover educational pathways that can lead to rewarding work.

Investing in Student Success

Gifts to the **Highlands College Fund** provide flexible support for recruitment, tutoring, advising, emergency assistance, equipment, laboratories, certifications, and industry partnerships. These resources allow the college to respond to student needs and expand experiences that connect education directly with employment.
