Staff Senate
Pam Hogart Staff Senate Fund

For 125 years, Montana Technological University has thrived because of the dedication of its people. While students and faculty often stand in the spotlight, our staff are the steady heartbeat of campus—supporting student success, advancing operations, and keeping Montana Tech moving forward.

The Montana Tech Staff Senate exists to promote the continued improvement of higher education at Montana Tech and across Montana by fostering stability, communication, and professional growth among staff. As an advisory group to the Chancellor, Staff Senate works to improve policies, strengthen morale, and create a better working environment for all employees.

For DayOne, Montana Tech's Staff Senate is encouraging you to give to the Pam Hogart Staff Senate Fund.

In honor of Pam Hogart—an exceptional Staff Senate member and long-time employee of the Business Office who was dedicated to helping students, faculty, staff, and the broader community—the Staff Senate established the Pam Hogart Staff Senate Fund.

This fund invests directly in professional development opportunities for Montana Tech staff, ensuring that employees can expand their knowledge, refine their skills, and continue to grow in ways that benefit the entire university community.

As we celebrate 125 years of Montana Tech, we recognize that staff have been an essential part of every success in our history—and will continue to be vital for the next 125 years. Supporting the Pam Hogart Staff Senate Fund is a powerful way to honor this legacy while investing in the people who keep Montana Tech strong.
